The Little Nuthatch
Neat.
I love My Milk Toof, and this making of is pretty interesting, and wow! It's even more impressive to see all that love and care that goes into it.
The Belted Kingfisher.

The Kingfisher is the coolest looking bird. I've seen them a lot in town this Winter, they've become quite common, but I'm still thrilled by them. Every time I see one I have to point it out. Of course, when I see them in town they are on power lines near retention ponds, and I am always driving. Otherwise, you can see them at the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, and I get so frustrated because they are always flying AWAY from me! I was lucky on my last trip, I found one that sat for a bit before flying away,...
Mockingbird.
Oh, Mockingbird. State Bird of Florida, and many other states... what is this pose??
The Enchanted Forest.

How could one not want to go to a place called 'The Enchanted Forest'? It makes me think of The Enchanted Forest Series by Patricia C. Wrede... Dealing with Dragons, etc. A really good book series I loved as a child and still get an urge to re-read every once and a while, which just shows that is IS really good. Well, this Enchanted Forest is a little different from that one, but it is lovely, and is located in Titusville, Florida. Coffee berries. Apparently the birds love them.
Butterfly encounter.
I finally made it out to Butterfly Encounter at Lukas Nursery. They have caterpillars, butterflies, finches, and little quails (with babies)! Before going in they warned that there were very few butterflies in the Winter, but I still enjoyed it very much, so I will have to go back in the Spring when there are even more butterflies. The nursery itself is pretty too, unfortunately I only had an hour before I had to leave and go to work- boo. haha...
