Hilary Knight is famous as the illustrator of Eloise. Eloise is of course fabulous, but I am more inspired by his fairy tale art such as Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, and The Owl and The Pussycat. I find the art in these picture books to be particularly stunning, especially Beauty and Beast with it's art nouveau style. Beauty and the Beast:
