Here is a little painting of a Roseate Spoonbill.

The Roseate Spoonbill is not an uncommon sight when bird watching in Florida, but I never tire of seeing them. They are cool to watch feeding, as they swing about their spoonbills in the water. They get their pink color from their food, just as flamingos do. They do some nesting in Florida, I hope to get out and see that this Spring!
