The explorations of Tosohatchee.

Tosohatchee State Reserve has an amazing network of trails on 28000 acres. This week my friend Marissa and I went to explore there once again. This time we saw wild turkeys, armadillos, families of cows right on the trail, turtles, alligators, and maaaaaany birds. Spring is in full swing and there are wildflowers EVERYWHERE. Like, SO MANY TYPES that I have not seen ANYWHERE ELSE! I love this place!! (I hardly have any photos considering all the awesome things I saw.) See the alligator? That one is a baby but I saw a huuuge one too. Twig caterpillar: Can't wait...
Painted birdies.
Here is a closer look at some of the birds I painted recently and used in my new bird sticker sets. A cardinal, a nut hatch, a hermit thrush, a red breasted grosbeak, and a wren.
Flowers on a walk.

It's very shaded so I'm thinking it's good for summer time, and it's also on an old railroad bed so it is raised and not too muddy or flooded like most of the trails at the moment. Not so good is that the trail is all straight ahead, so it is seemingly never ending.
Bird stickers.
> I just posted these new sticker sets on etsy. These stickers feature 10 birds I painted with watercolors: carolina wren, cardinal, nuthatch, hermit thrush, titmouse, red breasted grosbeak, bluebird, summer tanager, yellow warbler, and robin.
The Good Wood Gang.
I recently got some new toys on eBay. They are limited edition wooden hand painted toys from some of my very favorite designers, Friends With You. They are called The Good Wood Gang. They are modular, meaning all the pieces are interchangeable like tinker toys. I sure was happy when they came in the mail and they are just about the coolest toys ever! There are five toys in The Good Wood Gang, the two I got are Squid Racer and Sweet Tooth. That's them on their own, here they are together: They possibilities are plentiful, of course! They also...
